Traffic Strategy #4 – Using Private Label Rights (PLR)

This is very effective because you have the content. You don’t have to research the subject to write about it and you don’t have a blank page starring back at you. You have the content and a lot of times you can get a lot of that content. Then you can re-write it and target certain keyword phrases or pay someone to do this, preferably. There are thousands of blogs out there, so use them. There are a few different ways to do this. One way is to search and find a ton of different blogs in your niche. You can do web searches, but you can also find blogs in a lot of different social networking sites.

You can use any number of different sites, including Myspace. Just go to different groups. Sites like yahoo also have groups where you can find blogs or websites to advertise on.

Now there are usually a few different ways to advertise on people’s blogs or websites. You might be able to place a banner ad on their blog or website and you pay them monthly or whatever you work out. You may also be able to use text ads or work out another way to promote your blog or website like having the blogger review your site or product etc.

One of the best ways to get free traffic from the blogs is to start making comments on your market niche blog. Give useful and informative comments and you will find that many people would like to visit your site or blog too. Try not to spam while making your comments on the other blogs. Getting traffic to your web site is the most important task for a web master.

Free traffic to your site plays an important role. There are many different ways in which you can generate free traffic.

Here are some of the methods:

1. Writing articles. Some Article Directories provide a form field to include your copyright notice in the resource box.  Entice readers here with a freebie e-book or a report or even an attention-grabbing headline to attract them to click the link and visit your web site.  A good idea is to end your article with a question and link to your web site to find the answer. You also gain credibility as an expert with articles.

2. Creating and distributing a free report on a specific subject helps to get free traffic without putting in much effort.  Include a link to your site or link to a squeeze page to capture readers name and email.  You can send your paid traffic to download this free report and allow them to redistribute the report.  Giving the report for free attracts readers, and by allowing them to distribute freely ensures that your web site gets free traffic,  long after the report was distributed.

3. Post regularly on forums related to your site. 4. Another option to explore for free traffic is to find link partners and exchange links. This will not only get you direct click-through traffic from other sites, but it will also get you search engine traffic once those sites are indexed and your site is given credit for the inbound links.

5. By maintaining a blog and submitting your blog feed URL to various RSS sites also helps getting exposure to your site very soon. Consider submitting feeds or sites to blog directories with a high PR to make sure you are getting quality incoming links.  Do not ignore submitting to sites with low PR in the later stages. 6. Submitting your web site to the social book marking sites like Squidoo, del.icio.us etc plays also an important role in free traffic. This helps getting good exposure to your web site.
