Give freely tips, guidelines, reviews and features of the products and services you provide.   Do not talk about science fiction if your subscribers want to hear about the art of scuba diving.  Stay with what you are good in.  Find new innovative ways to convey fresh quality ideas and products to your subscriber friends.

• Don’t exaggerate. If you have not tested a product,  do not make claims about their effectiveness.  The more satisfied subscriber friends you have the bigger probability that they will recommend you.  Think about it. You trust somebody.   Someone else is asking you about the person you trust.  Are you going to recommend that person or his service?  Absolutely! This is a sure way to build your opt-in list.

• Provide your subscriber friends with an escape hatch.  Show them that you are not there to trap them.  Many possible opt-ins are wary that they may be stuck for life, or that they would have to abandon their email accounts.  I had such an experience.   I tried to unsubscribe from this person’s list, but their unsubscribe link was just taking me to another website.  I marked that as spam.

The trust of your subscriber friends are the most precious commodity on the net. Do not abuse your loyal friends trust by sharing or selling their email addresses.

The true quickest way to gain subscriber friends trust is when someone they trust recommends you.
